Sushi(5type)～寿司～       ¥16,000 per person
Private lesson is 18,000yen

Sushi is the most popular Japanese dish. We will make 5 different types of Sushi. First one is a basic Sushi roll to practice. Second one is California sushi roll. Third one is Inarizushi 稲荷寿司-Bean card sweet savoury flavour sushi. Fourth one is a ball sushi. Last Fifth one is my specialty Kazarimakizushi which is pretty patterns is in a sushi roll. Wonderful experience you can only learn in here! It is great value to learn so many different version at a time!

Gyoza～餃子～　　　　　¥14,000 per person

Gyoza is everyone's favorite! My gyoza is from my mum's recipe. Lots of great tips to make it light and juicy and crispy at the bottom! All my students LOVED them!!

Ichijyusansai ～一汁三菜～　　　¥16,000 per person  ※Private lesson is ¥18,000yen
Ichijyusansai is the traditional Japanese menu which is made with a nutrient balance. Ichijyu means a soup. Sansai means 3 dishes.  I will show you some of popular Japanese dishes (Ginger pork, Beans with Tofu and Miso eggplant) in the class.  This class is sharing cooking style.

Homemade Ramen～自家製ラーメン～￥16,000per person Private lesson is 18,000yen

New Class for 2018-19 winter season! By requesting, popular Ramen is now launched! This class is advanced class. We make fresh ramen noodle from scratch and also soup is also from proper ingredients using pork, chicken and some vegetable's slow cook. Slow cooked pork-Cha shu, and also popular flavoured egg! Lots of patients for great pallet in your mouth!!
Minimum size of class is 2 people

※Japanese dumpling will be made from you. Other sweets will be prepared by me to enjoy for your tea time

A light and crispy batter is the secret to good tempura. I have lots of tips. I will also teach you how to enjoy Kakiage-Veg Tempura for Tendon 天丼 (tempura with sweet and savory sauce on rice) in the class.

okonomiyaki～お好み焼き～　     ¥12,000 per person　 ※Private lesson is ¥14,000yen
A savory pancake with cabbage & various toppings such as seafood or pork. We will cook light and fluffy Okonomiyaki with lots of tips. 
 Serve with easy stir-fly egg noodle.
 Minimum class size of 2 people.  

Donburi～丼ぶり～　　　　　¥14,000 per person

Donburi is the easy meal to cook at home. Don 丼 means something on rice. We will cook 3 meals;
i) Oyakodon-chicken and egg.
ii) Kaisendon-sashimi.
iii) Soborodon-mince chicken, beans and scramble egg.
Easy to do and very useful recipe for a lazy night!

Neｗ class for 2018-19 winter season! By requesting, finally this course is began! You can learn popular Japanese Karaage-fried chicken, Egg roll, Potato salad etc. Also learn technique for Nimono pumpukin, Aemono-sesami dressed and marinated veges. Lots of Japanese cooking method is in a one class. You can do more variation at home for sure!

Dinner time class ～夜のレッスン～

Dinner time lesson is also available.
Book with couple, friends, family etc. Let's prepare own Japanese dinner by yourselves! How exciting! Snowlines Lodge bar is also opened for your drinks!
