(Update: 18th Nov 2020) New update before this winter. I had some inquiries for this summer and coming this winter for classes. However I decided to not open classes this winter as well because of Covid19 situation. Thank you very much for your understanding. We will keep our fingers crossed for normal life back again as soon as possible!
(Update: 1st Jan 2020) Fortunately I am expecting a new baby will arrive in early Jan 2020. So I will not be able to open classes in this winter season. But I will definitely keep more skills up and come back to next season ;) I am looking forward to seeing you all next chance soon!
P.S Instead of not being able to offer classes, I published my original recipe book this year. Easy simple popular Japanese meals for daily lunch and dinner. Suitable to meats lover and also vegetarian. Basic Japanese method for cooking rice and miso soup are included. If you are interested in those books, please take it to your home and try! You will be able to find them at Snowlines Lodge, The Base camp, Tokyu Hotel and Hakuba Gallery and Gifts shop in front of Hakuba station!
